We process your order in 1-2 days. After confirming and packaging your order, We drop off your package at our local post office for international shipping. Estimated shipping time will be 7-10 days after courier receives the package. Customers are responsible for all custom fees applied from their country. Packages are shipped from Guangzhou, China where we privately manufacture in house. Please be patient as your 1of1 garments are shipped internationally. 

To maintain the quality of your garments, we strongly recommend folding garments inside out, washing with cold water and hang dry. We advise you to avoid using warm water as it will result in shrinkage. Majority of our 1of1 garments are not pre-shrunken. To ensure the longevity and life of your garments, washing cold and hang dry is our best recommendation. 

We provide accurate size charts for all products on the last photo in our product listings. Please compare sizes with a piece of clothing you already own if you are not sure for best fitting. Chest width is armpit to armpit. Body length is top to bottom. Because we release new concepts and different styles, some measurements will change from garments to garments.

All sales are final. Once the item is shipped, we can no longer provide a refund. Please read all product descriptions carefully. we have no control over packages once they are shipped. If an order is lost or stolen we are not responsible and you will need to contact your shipping courier for help.
